Bridge Point is seeking a Ticket Taker Lead to oversee onsite ticketing operations at live events. You will supervise the ticket taker team, ensure accurate scanning, and manage guest entry from doors open through the event.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong guest service, and experience with digital ticketing platforms. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve walking and standing for long periods in a high-energy venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of ticket scanning, venue entry, or access control experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Comfortable working in busy, high-energy crowd environments.
• English-speaking required; bilingual candidates preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and navigate stairs, ramps, or inclines for extended periods.
• Event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a client-required background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Ticket Taker staff during setup, guest entry, and events.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and assign staff positions.
• Confirm employees are present, properly uniformed, and ready before doors open.
• Oversee early setup, including program inserts and portal entry areas.
• Monitor ticket scanning and guest flow during busy entry periods.
• Reposition staff as needed to keep lines moving efficiently.
• Resolve ticket discrepancies, invalid credentials, and guest access concerns.
• Coordinate with the House Manager regarding entry delays, equipment issues, or other concerns.
• Document and report incidents, access issues, and operational concerns.
• Confirm staff attendance with the Program Manager following events.
