Job summary

San Diego Theatres is seeking a part-time Ticket Office Clerk to assist patrons with ticket purchases at Civic Theatre and Balboa Theatre. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule aligned to the events calendar.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a ticketing environment, proficiency with Ticketmaster Archtics, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. Prior cash handling and POS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive computer experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster and/or other ticketing system software; basic ticket office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons in selecting and purchasing tickets at the Ticket Office windows.
• Assist Broadway / San Diego Season Subscribers in subscription ticket exchanges and purchases.
• Process cash, credit, gift certificates, travelers checks, etc., and balance to reports.
