Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ticket sales experience
• Experience with Paciolan ticketing systems
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts for ~1500 ticket holders and donors
• Sell tickets for football, basketball, baseball, and other sports
• Meet or exceed renewal and sales goals
• Coordinate annual gifts with season ticket packages
• Maintain 70+ outbound touches per day
• Document contacts in Paciolan and Salesforce
