Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking part-time Ticket Sell ers to join our box office team. You will provide outstanding customer service while selling tickets for events and assisting guests with inquiries and digital ticketing.

The role requires cash handling, balance awareness, and a professional demeanor. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet event schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service (including part-time, internships, and volunteer roles).
• At least 1 year of experience handling cash and processing transactions.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers and mobile devices; familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

The Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of part-time Ticket Seller. As a key member of our box office team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while selling tickets for various events hosted at the arena.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests visiting the ticket office.
• Use the Ticketmaster system to sell tickets and process transactions accurately.
• Address customer inquiries regarding events, ticket pricing, policies, and seating availability.
• Assist customers with digital ticketing issues, including ticket transfers and account access.
• Perform cash handling responsibilities, including issuing refunds and balancing cash drawers.
• Ensure the box office area is tidy and organized.
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service (including part-time, internships, and volunteer roles).
• At least 1 year of experience handling cash and processing transactions.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers and mobile devices; familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and effectively manage inquiries.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Scheduling - PICK THE SHIFTS (DAYS & TIMES) YOU WANT TO WORK !!!! (must work a minimum 2 shifts per month)

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly; Direct Deposit required.

Hourly Rate: $11.50 per hour FLSA status: non-exempt

Work Shift:

• Shift: average 4 hours per event
• Minimum: Must be available to work at least 2 shifts every month
