Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a part-time Box Office Ticket Seller at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, KY. This event-based role offers flexible hours with no guaranteed schedule and requires passing a credit and background check.

You will sell admission tickets, assist with Will Call, handle payments, and provide accurate information about events and schedules. Expect to balance cash with a manager and work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Ticketmaster knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member.

Job description

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate part-time opening in our Box Office Ticket Seller at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, KY. This is an event-based position with varying hours and no guaranteed schedule. The position requires passing a credit and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by selling admission tickets.
• Assist customers with Will Call tickets for events.
• Accept payment and make change before giving tickets to customers.
• Provide accurate answers concerning events, tickets and schedules in person or by telephone.
• Deal tactfully, helpfully and professionally with the public to provide event information and accurately complete ticket transactions.
• Balance cash and receipt drawer with a manager at the end of each shift.
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays on an event-by-event basis.

• Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED required; 6 months to 1 year of cash handling experience; ability to work with minimal supervision; strong customer service skills; valid driver’s license.
• Computer Skills: Some computer knowledge is required.
