Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to guests visiting the ticket office.
Use the Ticketmaster system to sell tickets and process transactions accurately.
Address inquiries regarding events, pricing, policies, and seating availability.
Assist customers with digital ticketing issues, transfers, and account access.
Perform cash handling, refunds, and balance cash drawers.
Keep the box office tidy and organized.
Work reliably in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
