Job summary

Attain Sports seeks a Director of Ticket Sales for the Chesapeake Baysox in Maryland. You will lead the ticket sales team, drive revenue across season tickets, group sales, hospitality, and premium areas, and develop a high-performance culture.

You will coach staff, set clear goals, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Box Office, and Operations to maximize attendance and revenue for Baysox games and events in the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ticket sales, sports sales, hospitality sales, or related revenue-generating role.
• Strong coaching, development, and motivation abilities for sales professionals.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, and sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Baysox ticket sales department to meet annual revenue goals.
• Develop strategies across season tickets, group sales, hospitality, and premium areas.
• Coach and develop staff; set clear expectations and conduct regular reviews.
• Grow group ticket sales with businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Box Office, and Operations to maximize attendance and revenue.
