Job summary

Attain Sports seeks a highly organized Box Office Manager to oversee the Chesapeake Baysox Box Office and drive ticket revenue through season tickets, group outings, and packages. You will lead day-to-day box office operations, ensure accuracy in transactions, and deliver exceptional fan experiences from purchase to game day.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Stadium Operations to optimize ticketing workflows, manage inventory, and support revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Box Office operations for Baysox home games and events.
• Manage ticket transactions, exchanges, reprints, will call, and related customer service needs.
• Assist with mobile/digital ticketing and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with Finance on payments, deposits, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Recruit, train, and supervise seasonal box office staff.
