Job summary

Arizona Cardinals in Tempe, AZ seeks an Associate, Partnership Marketing (Part-Time/Temporary) to assist the Corporate Partnerships team with day-to-day service and fulfillment for current and prospective sponsors. You will work on season-long projects and events to support partnership initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree conferred or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships department and ensure clients receive superior service and fulfillment of contractual elements
• Assist with maintenance and updating of sponsorship inventory including autographed memorabilia, team apparel, and other merchandise
• Assist with maintaining records of all asset implementation
• Assist with planning and execution of Corporate Partnership-related events
• Interact professionally with clients, executives, departments, and fans at games and events
• Support game-day activations specific to partnerships
• Capture and log proof of performance for partners at games, events and online
• Track partnership assets, creative assets and partner materials
