Priority Dispatch Corp. at Monarch Mountain in Salida, CO is seeking a Ticket Sales Clerk for the winter season. The role involves selling lift tickets in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and requires excellent communication, cash handling, and teamwork.

You will work in a slope-side office, enjoy a Monarch Season Pass, and be part of a team delivering high-quality guest service in mountain conditions. Training provided for POS systems and mountain procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets accurately and efficiently with friendly, personalized service.
• Be knowledgeable about mountain happenings and products to assist guests with questions and directions.
• Maintain the ticket window and surrounding areas in neat, stocked condition for a professional presentation.
• Work collaboratively with Monarch Department to deliver exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Summary

The Guest Experience Division is a fun and exciting way to join the ski industry and the Monarch family. The Ticket Sales Clerk should be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment. Excellent communication, attention to detail, customer service, cash handling, and ability to work in an office environment are a must.

Essential Duties

• Conduct accurate and efficient sales of lift tickets in a friendly, courteous, and expeditious manner so that each guest receives excellent and personalized service.


• Stay knowledgeable of all mountain happenings and products to assist guest with questions, bookings, and correct directions.


• Maintain the ticket window and surrounding areas so that they remain neat, clean, stocked and well organized for a professional presentation at all times.


• Work as a team with other Monarch Department to provide exceptional service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18


• Legal citizen of the United States or possess other proper work permit authentication.


• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.


• Requires working at high elevation (up to 12,000’), with extended exposure to adverse weather conditions, such as severe cold, heavy snowfall, rain, strong winds and intense sun.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: Begins at $18 per hour, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience/length of service
