Job summary

Daytona International Speedway is seeking a Ticket Operations Associate to assist in ticket sales and support, including customer service and order processing via multiple channels. The role focuses on providing exceptional service, handling cash and credit cards, and promoting DAYTONA experiences to visitors.

Responsibilities include selling tours, learning events and promotions, and working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales and service of DIS daily tours.
• Practice of Needs Based Selling techniques through superior customer service, focusing on the customers' needs and educating.
• Continually learn new events, promotions, sales techniques, and operational materials necessary to communicate to customer.
• Create, sell, and process a DAYTONA EXPERIENCE via ticket software.
• Operates computer, calculator, copier, and/or other office machines.
• Assist with offsite ticket sales / promotions.
