Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales and service staff including recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff.
Sell tickets through outbound, inbound and renewal sales; manage season, group, and single-game tickets and add-ons.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures; oversee CRM and group ticket systems; staff campus events for customer service and lead generation.
Develop and execute season, group, and single-ticket sales and marketing plans; coordinate with university marketing and Eloqua.
