Qualifications

• Experience with major ticketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's ticket operations strategy.
• Lead ticketing initiatives, including digital ticketing enhancements.
• Oversee event builds, staffing, Will Call, and reconciliations.
• Manage ticketing accounts, budgets, and program controls.
• Coach and develop the Ticket Operations team.
