Job summary

U.S. Open is seeking a Short-Term Ticket Operations and Accreditation Intern to assist with ticketing, credentials and admissions for USGA Championships. You will lead customer service, support group sales, and help with records, reporting and box office duties, traveling to championships including the U.S.

Open. This paid internship runs late March to mid July 2027 on a hybrid schedule in Liberty Corner, NJ, with on-site travel.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with live events, ticketing, customer service and/or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and reporting a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for mobile ticket resolution for groups and fans.
• Learn the SeatGeek and Unify platforms and assist with ticket offers.
• Learn Freshworks and respond to inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Create public resources and maintain knowledgebase articles and FAQs.
• Produce and maintain records and reports on ticket utilization and service volume.
• Support group sales with bulk ticket buyers.
• Learn Accredit Solutions to manage credentials and access codes.
• On-site, sell tickets, distribute credentials and manage access control.
