Job summary

The United States Golf Association (USGA) offers a paid Short-Term Ticket Operations and Accreditation internship in Liberty Corner, NJ. You will support ticketing, credentialing, and gate operations for USGA Championships while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate records.

This hybrid internship runs March 29, 2027 through July 15, 2027, with travel to championships and on-site duties including box office work and credential distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in live events, ticketing or operations desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Able to work long hours, nights and weekends.
• Enrolled in college; eligible for remote start before semester ends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for mobile ticket resolution for various groups.
• Learn the SeatGeek ticketing platform and assist with account questions.
• Learn Freshworks and respond to inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Create public resources such as tutorials, guides, and FAQs.
• Produce and maintain records and reports on ticket utilization and customer service.
