The role requires 2+ years in ticketing, customer service, and supervision, with every weekend/holiday shift expected. The starting pay is $20.00 USD per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ticket office or cashing.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leading/supervising or managing employees.
• Shifts include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in maintaining all shows or events inventory.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions; detailed information on property amenities and local area.
• Maintain show information and outside property sales in the ticketing system; update tours, shows and event sales.
• Develop and analyze procedures and promotions to improve guest patronage.
• Generate daily reports on all events for senior leadership and promoters.
• Manage guest queue system and adjust queues as needed.
• Supervise HR responsibilities for department(s) and promote teamwork and staff development.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or refer to management.
