Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a ticket sales associate in Las Vegas to manage event ticketing and reservations at the point of sale. You will operate the ticketing system, process payments, and ensure accurate banking and reporting for daily shifts.

You will also handle phone reservations and maintain strong customer service, with the ability to work extended periods on site. Compliance with licenses and certifications will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Basic computer skills and a basic understanding of sales accounting functions needed.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time during a shift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate ticketing system for POS show and event tickets.
• Process payments for tickets according to established standards and procedures and maintain an accurate bank.
• Sell tickets and make reservations over the phone.
• Process daily shift sales reports and bank reconciliations.
