Qualifications

• Lead a department that includes sales, customer relations and product delivery.
• Experience supervising a fast-paced alpine retail environment.
• High school required; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the ticket/season pass sales office.
• Sell season passes, multi-day products, and daily lift tickets.
• Train departments that sell daily lift tickets.
• Handle guest service issues such as refunds and pass/ticket problems.
• Reconcile daily deposits and manage the cash room.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
