Job summary

Ticket/Pass Agent – Winter 2026/2027 at Brian Head Resort in Brian Head, UT is a seasonal role. You will greet guests, assist with Lift Tickets, Season Passes, Rentals, Lessons, and Reservations, and operate the POS system.

Candidates should have strong customer service, sales skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace; cash handling is a plus. The position starts in November and offers benefits like free season pass and discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Create a family-friendly environment for guests and staff.
• Knowledge of the Ski/Snowboard industry or willingness to learn.
• Familiar with MCP Collective benefits and Pass options.
• Knowledge of Lift Ticket, Rental, and Lesson products.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable with computer work.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with Season Passes, Passholder Benefits, and MCP Collective information.
• Make or change reservations over the phone or in person.
• Operate the computer sales system efficiently on a daily basis.
• Handle cash, credit card, gift card, and voucher transactions.
• Greet guests and answer questions about Ticketing, Passes, Reservations, Retail, Dining, and mountain info.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ticket/Pass Agent – Winter 2026/2027

Location: Brian Head Resort - BRIAN HEAD, UT 84719

Position Type: Seasonal

Salary Range: $14.00 - $14.50

Ticket/Pass Agents are an integral part of resort operations. Guests will receive their first impression of the service standards at the time of reservation or query. Therefore, the right candidate must be courteous, knowledgeable, and confident. They serve as the primary greeters and point of contact when guests call, email, or walk in to inquire about Lift Tickets, Season Passes, Lessons, Rentals, Tubing, etc. Employees in this role will spend most of their shift operating a computer.

What You’ll Do:

• Assists guests in the sale, issuing, and general information of Lift Tickets, Tubing Tickets, Rentals and Lessons.
• Assists guests in the sale, issuing, and general information of Season Passes, Passholder Benefits, and MCP Collective benefits.
• Assists guests in making or changing reservations over the phone or in person.
• Operates the computer sales system efficiently and effectively on a daily basis.
• Handles point of sale transactions involving cash, credit card, gift card, and voucher redemption
• Greets guests and answers all questions regarding Ticketing, Season Passes, Reservations, Retail, Dining, Weather conditions, Mountain information, Shuttle information, Hotel information, MCP Collective information etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

• Has excellent customer service and sales skills, whether it be in person, over the phone, or through email correspondence.
• Will create a family-friendly environment for guests and staff.
• Is knowledgeable about the Ski/Snowboard industry or is willing to learn about the Ski/Snowboard industry.
• Is knowledgeable or willing to learn about the MCP Collective, various Season Pass options, and Passholder benefits.
• Is knowledgeable or willing to learn about Lift Ticket products, Rental products, Lesson products.
• Is knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Chat, Etc.) and knows how to navigate a computer desktop.
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, and talk for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow and execute instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Is flexible and willing to perform other duties as assigned not listed above.
