Job summary

Cmr-Ops is seeking a Ticket Office Supervisor to support the Ticket Office Manager and team in selling tickets, passes, and other resort products. This on-site position requires strong guest service, cash handling, and POS proficiency throughout the winter season.

The role involves supervising staff in the absence of the supervisor, maintaining accuracy in transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person.
Knowledge of POS system and resort products.
Proficient computer skills, MS Office Suite.
Passion for guest service and teamwork.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
On-site availability four five days per week during Winter Season, including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist guests and employees with sales and processing of Resort products (tickets, passes, parking, FAST registration, lockers).
Accurately reconcile daily cash/credit transactions, gift cards, ticket counts, vouchers, reimbursements.
Answer multi-line calls with information on resort offerings.
Perform duties of Ticket Office Supervisor in their absence.
Maintain a clean, safe, and cooperative work environment.
Attend offsite events for the department.
