Job summary

Monterrey Security is seeking part-time Event Staff-Ushers to work at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. You will greet guests, scan tickets, and direct patrons to seating while maintaining excellent customer service throughout events.

Responsibilities include assisting with directions, providing information, and escalating issues to supervisors as needed. Positions offer flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Efficient and consistent performance.
• Must meet dress code and grooming standards per company policy.
• Ability to adhere to scheduling methods and procedures.
• Must be a team player.
• Approachable and outgoing.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Taker/Usher/Security roles as assigned.
• Greet guests, scan tickets and direct them to seats.
• Provide venue and event information to guests.
• Inform supervisors of policy or safety violations.
• Assist in emergency evacuations following protocols.
