Job summary

The Moret Group in New York is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to update tracking charts, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure packing lists and VPO numbers are correct. You will scan packing lists to factories, send follow-up emails, review UCC/Hang tag layouts, and work with production to resolve order discrepancies; Excel proficiency is a must, AMT experience is a plus.

• Must have working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with AMT is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Update tracking chart using open import PO report
• Work with sales team for ticket request
• Send out tickets by factories/account
• Cut and paste packing list to make sure they're by factory and VPO#
• Scan packing list to factories and send follow up emails
• Check and give approval to factories on UCC label, Gum label and Hang tag layouts
• Work with production team regarding discrepancies on the order of booking.
• Working knowledge of excel is a must
• Experience with AMT a plus
