Qualifications

• Experienced and motivated vehicle logistics professional required.
• Strong computer skills and confidence navigating relevant systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed planning and organisational skills.
• Genuine commitment to health and safety and ability to promote a strong safety culture.
• Willingness to undertake a full pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bin collections to maximise route efficiency, minimise downtime and ensure timely service delivery.
• Manage driver hours, billing and reporting duties across the site, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Respond proactively to customer issues and resolve operational concerns quickly and effectively.
• Act as a key contact for operational queries from the Customer Services Team, Sales Team and customers.
• Attend daily end-of-shift meetings with drivers to capture and address incidents, issues and operational feedback.
• Facilitate monthly safety toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
• Support drivers in carrying out their duties safely, competently and professionally.
• Uphold health, safety, quality, environmental compliance, Chain of Responsibility and performance standards.
