Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Tickets, Lessons and Guest Service Agent to join the team at the Solitude locations. The role combines ticketing, lesson sales and guest service duties, with shifts that may move between Moonbeam and Village areas to meet guest demand.

The ideal candidate will have cash handling experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and varied weather.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience and basic computer skills are required.
• Strong customer service, communication, accuracy and timeliness are essential.
• Ability to handle periods of very high guest volume.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort communicating one-on-one with guests by phone, email or in person.
• Knowledgeable about all resort services and activities.

Responsibilities

• Sell all Ticket Office and Ski School products to guests and maintain product knowledge.
• Process data entry to create/update guest files and ensure correct paperwork.
• Accurately process and balance daily transactions and close with accounting.
• Interact with guests and employees in a professional, informed manner.
• Rotate between ticket, ski school and guest service locations throughout the resort.
• Greet guests with a positive demeanor and explain products and pricing.
• Work with management to communicate booking requests and incidents as needed.
