Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company seeks a friendly Tickets, Lessons and Guest Service Agent for Solitude Mountain Resort. You will assist guests with ticketing, passes, lessons, and daily transactions, while providing top-notch service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Flexible to work at multiple resort locations, stand for long periods, and handle varying weather. Training provided; benefits and seasonal perks included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service, communication, accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to handle high-volume periods and fast-paced environments.
• Available to work any schedule including weekends; able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sell all Ticket Office and Ski School products and maintain product knowledge.
• Process data entry, balance daily transactions, and report to accounting.
• Interact with guests and rotate between ticket, ski school, and guest services locations.
• Greet guests and explain pass, ticketing, and lesson products and pricing.
• Follow company policies and communicate booking requests to management.
