Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Seasonal Tickets, Lessons and Guest Service Agent at Solitude Mountain Resort. The role supports ticketing, lesson sales and guest services across Moonbeam and Village locations, balancing cash and guiding guests in product selection and pricing.

You will interact with guests, handle inquiries, and rotate between locations while maintaining a safe, guest-friendly environment. Flexible schedules, weather exposure, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to handle periods of high volume and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate by phone, email, and in person.
• Comfort with one-on-one guest interactions and knowledge of resort services.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ticket Office and Ski School products to guests and maintain product knowledge.
• Process data entry to update guest files and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Accurately balance daily transactions and submit to accounting at shift end.
• Interact with guests and staff professionally and promptly.
• Rotate between ticket, ski school, and guest service locations as needed.
• Maintain safety, follow policies, and communicate booking requests with management at request.
