Connectly Recruiting seeks a Superintendent for Commercial TI buildouts to plan, develop and manage schedules with the project manager, maintain budgets and oversee site activities at restaurant, retail, office and hospitality TI projects.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings, managing procurement, and ensuring safety and quality on site, with regular progress reports to the PM and Director of Construction.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and jobsites while interfacing with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Proactive management of schedules and budgets; experience in project estimation is a plus.
