Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Superintendent (Commercial TI Buildout) to plan, schedule, budget, and manage TI buildout construction projects. This role coordinates subcontractors and vendors from design through completion on restaurant, retail, office, and hospitality builds.

The ideal candidate will oversee field operations, ensure quality and safety, and maintain meticulous project records while communicating progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma acceptable.
• Construction Management degree preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and smartphones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Sage Construction Management Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and staff.
• Manage project schedules and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; supervise site activities.
• Review shop drawings and manage materials procurement; ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure adherence to project sequence and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, negotiate, and maintain subcontractor agreements and budgets.
