Job summary

The majority of projects are TI build-outs for restaurant, retail, offices, and hospitality spaces, requiring strong communication, meticulous organization, and hands-on site leadership in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Five+ years in a commercial construction on-site management role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interface with inspectors, subs, architects, clients.
- Proactive management of schedules and budgets; strong documentation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and manage project schedules with the PM; maintain budgets.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; review shop drawings and procure materials.
- supervise craft employees; ensure safe, high-quality site execution.
- Provide proactive client communication and maintain meticulous records and reports.
- Assist in subcontractor negotiation, resolve conflicts, and ensure on-time delivery.
