ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent (Commercial TI - Buildout) to plan, develop and manage TI buildouts for restaurant, retail, office and hospitality projects.

The role emphasizes schedule control, budget oversight, client communication and coordination with subs and vendors through project completion. The ideal candidate has at least five years in onsite commercial construction management, strong communication skills and proficiency with Sage 100 Construction Software.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with inspectors, subs, architects, clients.
• Experience with project estimation is preferred.
• Proficient with Sage 100 Construction Software or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Over-communicate with client, subs and staff to ensure alignment.
• Manage day-to-day subcontractor operations and supervise craft workers.
• Review shop drawings, coordinate materials procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain budgets and schedules in partnership with the Project Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance at site.
• Prepare subcontractor agreements and track project costs.
