Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Superintendent for Commercial TI buildouts. You will plan, develop and manage project schedules with the project manager, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee vendor contracts.

This role focuses on restaurant, retail, commercial office and hospitality buildouts, ensuring safety, quality and on-time completion. You will manage budgets, review shop drawings, procure materials, and maintain meticulous site documentation while leading craft teams and communicating
