Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a seasoned T/I Superintendent to plan, develop, and manage schedules with the project manager. The role includes budgeting, coordinating subcontractors, and controlling site activities from design through completion for restaurant, retail, and hospitality TI projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in commercial construction onsite management, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and jobsites while interfacing with inspectors, subs, architects, and clients.
• Proactive management of schedules and budgets while coordinating with project teams.
• Experience negotiating subcontractor costs; project estimation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project schedules in partnership with the PM.
• Oversee subcontractor operations and ensure safe, efficient site activities.
• Review shop drawings, procure materials, coordinate deliveries, and maintain quality control.
• Prepare subcontractor agreements and monitor budgets and cost reporting.
• Report progress and budget matters to Project Managers and Directors.
