Job summary
True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent (Commercial TI - Buildout Construction) in Nashville to plan, develop and manage project schedules with the project manager, maintain budgets and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to drive projects from design through completion.
The majority of assignments involve restaurant, retail, commercial office and hospitality TI work. The compensation includes a salary range of $85–95k DOE, auto allowance, annual bonus and comprehensive
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and jobsites simultaneously while interfacing with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, designers, engineers, city officials, and clients.
- Proactive management of project schedules and budgets while interfacing with project stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating subcontractor costs; project estimation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and manage project schedules with the Project Manager.
- Maintain budgets and supervise site activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; review shop drawings and manage procurement.
