Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Superintendent for commercial TI/buildout projects. The role focuses on planning schedules with the project manager, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and supervising site activities from design through completion.

Ideal candidates have five years in commercial construction onsite-management, strong communication, and proficiency with Sage 100 Construction Software. Auto allowance, bonus, and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Proactive management of schedules and budgets while interfacing with stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating subcontractor costs and coordinating with inspectors, architects, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage schedules with the project manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage subcontractor agreements.
• Supervise construction from design through project completion.
• Review shop drawings, procure materials, and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain project budgets and report progress to stakeholders.
