Job summary

Bosun Solutions is assisting a mid‑sized Dallas contractor in search of a Project Manager to oversee two to five active tenant improvement projects ranging from $200k to $1M. The role is in-office with regular site visits, and the PM will be the client-facing lead alongside the Director of Operations.

Open at two levels (entry 0–2 years; mid 2–5 years) with compensation in the $65k–$95k range, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage two to five tenant improvement/build-out projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated skill in reading commercial MEP drawings and specs.
• Strong drive, coachability, and willingness to put in long hours to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2–5 concurrent tenant improvement/build-out projects from start to finish.
• Direct client relationships with on-site visits and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, stakeholders, and the superintendent team.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Own budget, track costs, and report through project close.
