Job summary

Bosun Solutions is hiring on behalf of a mid-size commercial general contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This in-office role focuses on tenant improvements and build-outs across diverse clients, with a hands-on client-facing approach and regular site visits.

You will manage two to five active projects at once, coordinating with architects, engineers, and the superintendent team. The position offers entry- and mid-level tracks with salary bands starting at $65,000 and up to $95,000.

Qualifications

• Focus on commercial project management with plan reading proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tenant improvement/build-out projects end-to-end.
• Strong client-facing presence and field coordination with architects, engineers, and superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Own two to five active tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
• Direct client relationships including site visits and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, stakeholders, and the superintendent team.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, buyout, and schedule management.
• Own budget tracking, cost reporting, and project close documentation.
