Bosun Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to own a ground up project in the Dallas area. This role is in-office, working with the client, stakeholders, architects, and engineers, with regular site visits and back at the office for documentation and reporting.

The candidate will oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay apps, and coordination with subs, with a strong emphasis on organization and end-to-end project delivery. Two experience levels are considered, from Entry to Mid level.

Qualifications

• Ground up commercial construction experience is required.
• Two levels are open: Entry level ~2 years; Mid level 4–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Own one ground up project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Monitor daily contractual obligations, including liquidated damages exposure.
• Own schedule, critical path, and recovery planning when needed.
• Coordinate client, architect, engineer, and municipal stakeholders.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance.
