Salary Range: $85,000–$135,000 / Year, DOE + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance

Take ownership of high-profile commercial construction projects with a growing general contractor delivering corporate offices, tenant improvements, industrial renovations, technology spaces, restaurants, and high-end interior buildouts throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Project Manager will oversee multiple active projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and client relationships while staying closely connected to field execution. This is a hands-on role for an experienced commercial construction professional who knows how to keep fast-moving projects organized, profitable, and on track.

The ideal candidate is a confident, highly organized Project Manager with strong general contractor experience who can independently manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with owners and project partners, and thrive in a high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from startup through final closeout
  • Own project financials including budgets, buyouts, invoicing, billing, change orders, work orders, and profitability
  • Lead project coordination and OAC meetings while maintaining clear communication with owners, architects, consultants and internal teams
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, project documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate 20–30 subcontractors per project across multiple CSI divisions
  • Partner closely with superintendents, project coordinators, estimators and preconstruction teams to keep schedules and deliverables on track
  • Conduct regular site visits and remain actively involved in field execution, project progress and issue resolution
  • Participate in negotiated pursuits and preconstruction discussions as appropriate

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the confidence to lead conversations with owners and key stakeholders
  • Highly organized, accountable, and proactive with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
  • Procore experience preferred, with project experience valued more heavily than a specific degree

  • Medical, dental, vision, virtual healthcare, mental health resources and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
