Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role offers a base salary with bonus, truck allowance, healthcare and PTO, and an opportunity to lead high-profile Tenant Improvement projects.

You will run projects from inception to completion, conduct job walks, and manage preconstruction, safety, contracts, budgeting and scheduling in a growing nationwide GC environment.

Qualifications

• Tenant Improvement / Renovation experience (preferred)
• Previous large project experience is ideal but not required.

The Role:

• Up to $160,000 Base Salary, Bonus, Truck Allowance, PTO + more.
