Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction in the Chicago area seeks an experienced Superintendent for high-end TI commercial and entertainment projects. You will oversee project administration and field operations from day one to ensure on-time delivery within budget and per specifications.

The role offers a base salary range of 90,000 to 160,000 USD with discretionary bonuses, plus travel support for traveling jobs, ESOP, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience with 5+ years as lead superintendent.
• Experience on high-end commercial, TI, or entertainment projects.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award meeting to obtain project details.
• Develop a project schedule and allocate staff and equipment.
• Direct the construction to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project plans.
• Maintain a daily project diary of events and actions.
• Report progress to the project manager and manage cost records.
