Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Superintendent for Tenant Improvement Construction in the Chicagoland area. You will lead high-end TI projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while managing field teams and coordinating schedules and costs from day one.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years as lead superintendent on TI, entertainment, or high-end commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award reviews to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Develop a construction schedule, organization structure, staff plan and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the entire project to meet specs within the time and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate their work with project schedules.
• Maintain a daily diary and prepare progress and cost reports.
