Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on high-end TI and commercial projects in the New England region. You will oversee subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner with the project manager to deliver profitable projects.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on site management, and the ability to travel within New England.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as lead superintendent on quick-turnaround or high-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution across all phases of commercial projects.
• Direct subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the project manager on construction schedules, manpower and equipment needs.
• Prepare and review progress/cost reports and project documents.
• Maintain communication with the project manager on progress, plans and issues.
