Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Superintendent for commercial TI buildouts in Nashville. You will plan, schedule, manage budgets, and coordinate with the project manager, subs and vendors to keep projects on track.

Projects focus on restaurant, retail, commercial office and hospitality TI work; must manage multiple sites, ensure safety and quality, and maintain meticulous documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and sites while coordinating with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, engineers, city officials, and clients.
• Proactive management of schedules and budgets; communicate progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage project schedules with the PM.
• Maintain budgets and track costs and changes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; manage subcontractor agreements.
• Supervise craft workers; assign duties and monitor productivity.
• Review drawings, procure materials, coordinate deliveries, ensure safety.
• Provide daily reports and keep meticulous records.
• Ensure build-out TI construction aligns with design and schedule.
