Job summary

Dow is seeking a Thriving Communities & Employee Engagement Program Manager to drive its global citizenship and volunteer initiatives. You will partner with regional teams to grow community impact and align philanthropy with Dow’s social goals.

You will report to the Global Citizenship Leader and work across geographies to deliver measurable outcomes, managing resources and stakeholder relationships with a focus on inclusion and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (US E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant)

Responsibilities

• Lead Dow’s Global Citizenship Thriving Communities strategy across regions.
• Partner with leads to align charitable contributions with regional needs.
• Assess community needs and evaluate portfolio performance for impact.
• Support measurement framework and activities.
• Oversee Dow volunteer strategy and ERG involvement globally.
• Advise on signature volunteer initiatives (MLK Day, Serve-a-thon).
• Coordinate with Corporate Affairs and nonprofit partners for Volunteer Managers oversight.
• Manage volunteer portal and analyze trends with HR and partners.
• Maintain governance and reporting for inclusion-focused grant programs.
