Job summary

DriveTime is seeking an Employee Engagement Program Manager to shape meaningful moments across the employee lifecycle. You will lead new hire and ongoing programming, curate key touchpoints, and steward the organization’s community giving efforts.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development while managing end-to-end programs, budgets, and vendor relationships. A hybrid work setup with on-site days supports our culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee engagement programming.
• Proven project and budget management skills.
• Event planning and logistics coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage employee engagement programs that support key lifecycle moments.
• Own end-to-end program planning, project management, communications, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a company-wide programming calendar to coordinate timing and avoid overlap across initiatives.
• Serve as a culture ambassador and subject matter expert on employee engagement initiatives.
• Track and report program KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future planning.
• Continuously evaluate and refine existing programs based on employee feedback, engagement data, and business needs.
• Manage partner relationships with various community organizations.
• Stay current on employee engagement trends and benchmark against industry best practices to bring new ideas forward.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to align with broader people strategy.
