Job summary

F5 Global Good seeks a strategic Global Good Program Manager to shape employee engagement and drive social impact initiatives. You will lead programs across workplace giving, volunteering, and our Global Good Grant Committees, coordinating with stakeholders in nearly 50 countries to maximize impact.

This role blends strategy, governance, and storytelling to grow a high-impact program. You will manage committees end-to-end, vet nonprofits with partners, and measure outcomes for leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing CSR, social impact, and/or employee engagement programs.
• Deep experience building and overseeing global employee volunteer programs, including platforms and policies.
• Collaborative cross-functional leadership across a distributed global workforce.
• Knowledge of workplace giving and volunteering technology; Benevity familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to design program governance and scalable processes.
• Strong communication and storytelling to drive visibility and adoption.
• Active personal or professional engagement in community activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for F5's internal grant committees, from application cycles to award selection and recruitment.
• Partner with external grantmakers to manage nonprofit vetting, due diligence, and grant disbursements.
• Administer and optimize workplace giving and volunteering initiatives (Benevity familiarity preferred).
• Continuously evolve the volunteering and employee engagement portfolio.
• Design and scale initiatives leveraging employee expertise to support nonprofits.
• Track outcomes to quantify impact and report insights to leadership.
