Dow is seeking a Thriving Communities & Employee Engagement Program Manager to drive global citizenship initiatives and volunteer efforts. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen communities and deliver measurable social impact across Dow locations worldwide.

The role emphasizes project management, strategic execution and governance of charitable investments, with a focus on inclusion and STEM access for all employees and communities.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of corporate responsibility trends and Dow’s business strategy and objectives to build authentic corporate citizenship initiatives.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead Dow’s Global Citizenship Thriving Communities strategy with regional partners to drive positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with regional leads to align charitable contributions with the Thriving Communities pillar.
• Assess community needs and evaluate portfolio performance to guide strategic investments.
