Job summary

Western Home Communities is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care for clients across designated counties. You will travel to clients' homes using your own vehicle, assist with daily activities, hygiene, meals, and mobility, and support independence in a caring, professional manner.

The role requires a valid driver's license, CNA certification, CPR or willingness to obtain, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with current insurance.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
• Willingness to perform hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Self-starter able to manage schedules and work independently.

Responsibilities
