Job summary

Western Home Communities is seeking Home Health Caregivers to join Thrivera at Home. You will travel to clients\' homes across Black Hawk, Grundy, Bremer, Butler, and Buchanan counties to provide compassionate, in-home care and support independence.

You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and personal care, while maintaining a safe, clean living space and coordinating with office staff as needed. This part-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

You will work independently, moving between clients' homes, and directly impacting their daily lives.* **Provide Compassionate In-Home Care**: Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, bathing, meal assistance, light housekeeping, transportation and errands, medication reminders/administration and other tasks to help maintain their independence at home.* **Physical Support for Clients**: Help clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility (getting in/out of bed, walking, standing, etc.).* **Be a Trusted Support System**: Respond to clients' needs with patience, care, and professionalism.
