Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Thrive Coach in Montgomeryville, PA. The role focuses on helping employees overcome barriers to employment stability while supporting personal, educational, and career growth.

The position requires strong coaching, case management, and collaboration with internal teams, and involves travel within the territory and occasional evenings/weekends. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred; or Associate's degree with two years of relevant work experience; or High School diploma or GED with four years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience with case management and coordinating supports for employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, mission-driven case management and service navigation to employees at Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Utilize Thrive and Flourish Matrix to assess wellbeing, identify barriers, track progress, and develop individualized plans.
• Offer guidance in housing stability, mental health, healthcare, transportation, financial empowerment, digital literacy, self-advocacy, and community resources.
• Help employees identify career pathways, credential attainment, and advancement opportunities within GKA and the wider labor market.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with managers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Attend store meetings and conduct quarterly visits across stores in the assigned territory.
• Document progress and referrals in Datatracks within 24 hours of visits.
• Build relationships across teams and report trends and concerns to the Director of Mission Services.
• Engage with community partners to expand support networks for employees.
• Analyze trends to suggest organizational improvements to leadership.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure duties are performed in a safe manner.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and reporting requirements.
